Ella Mrsic Partnership proposal · Prepared for SNRKLBR · September 2026

Talent representation — creator partnership

Fourteen million people just found Ella. SNRKLBR can be part of what happens next.

We represent Ella Mrsic, an Australian creator at the exact start of her breakout. Her latest reel is approaching 14 million views and is still climbing. She is launching into swim and lifestyle content off the back of that momentum — and this September she's in Vanuatu on a partnered resort shoot, creating content for the resort hosting her. She is dressing that trip in a hand-picked wardrobe of labels she genuinely rates — and this is a proposal for SNRKLBR to be one of them.

01 — The moment
Why this pitch, why now

Every brand says they want to find creators before they blow up. This is what that moment actually looks like.

Ella isn't an established swimwear creator — that's precisely the opportunity. Her latest reel has done nearly 14 million views and over 800,000 likes, entirely organically, and brought more than 4,000 new followers with it. The audience arrived before the niche did. She is now committing to swim, travel and UGC content as her lane, and she is choosing the labels that lane gets built around.

For SNRKLBR, the maths is simple: gifting-level cost, a creator with proven viral instinct, and an early position before her rates reflect her reach. If her next reels perform anywhere near her last one, SNRKLBR is tagged on them.

The window matters. She shoots Vanuatu 21–28 September. Content decisions for the trip are being locked in the next two weeks.

02 — Why SNRKLBR
Why she picked SNRKLBR

The wardrobe for this trip is hand-picked, not mail-merged. SNRKLBR is on the list for reasons that go past the product.

The design language. Cheeky, string and high-waist cuts made in-house from vintage deadstock fabrics — Y2K stripes, leopard, retro florals that will never be reprinted. Every piece is close to one-of-one, and "nobody else has this bikini" is a content hook that writes its own comments.

The story. A Byron Bay label sewing in-house from deadstock and recycled fabric, with its own store on Banksia Drive — small-batch craft with a genuine sustainability story Ella can tell to camera honestly.

The moment. One-of-a-kind vintage prints against South Pacific water — scroll-stopping frames for the label, and pieces no other creator on the feed can duplicate.

03 — The setting
A partnered resort shoot in Vanuatu

From 21–28 September, Ella is on location in Vanuatu in partnership with Warwick Le Lagon, Port Vila — the resort hosting her — creating the resort's content for the week. This is a working shoot with a brand partner already attached, not a holiday with a camera in the bag.

That partnership is SNRKLBR’s bonus: the resort content Ella shoots, she wants to shoot in SNRKLBR — putting the label in front of the resort's audience as well as her own, at no extra cost. Lagoons, reef water, island light, a week of dedicated shooting — the exact world SNRKLBR’s product lives in.

04 — The content
The reels SNRKLBR would appear in

Concepts developed for this trip, in the style of the reel that just did 14M views — hook-first, native to the platform, built to travel. SNRKLBR selects the direction; nothing posts without the collaboration terms agreed.

Packing the gifting pieces for the trip, talking through each one to camera. The exact format brands re-run as ad creative.

Try-On, Island Edition

The full gifting package tried on against the water — fit, feel and honest reactions, shot where swimwear is meant to be seen.

07 — The ask

A gifting package. That's the whole ask.

Two or three one-of-a-kind pieces — SNRKLBR's pick of the prints it most wants seen. No fee, no retainer, no media spend. In return: on-location content from a resort-partnered shoot, a defined deliverables package, organic usage rights — and SNRKLBR in the running for the resort's content as well as Ella's own.

If the content performs — and her track record says it will — the follow-up conversation is an ambassador arrangement, with SNRKLBR already in her feed and the relationship warm. If it doesn't, SNRKLBR has risked postage.

We'd love a yes by early September so the pieces make the flight.
